After the phone has
been plugged in, the
Telephone menu
item does not
appear on the LCD
screen.
Problems with the mobile phone holder.
Remove the phone from the holder, check the
contacts and clean. Put the phone back into the
holder.
The other person
cannot hear me
during phone calls.
Microphone not connected or wrongly connected.
Check the connections.
The radio is not
muted.
The radio setting for phone mute switchover is not
set correctly. See user manual for the radio.
The control unit of the hands-free unit has not been
connected correctly to the radio input for the mute
function. Consult your installation dealer to check
the connections.
The SMS list or
phone book entries
in the mobile phone
and in the
hands-free unit are
not identical.
The SMS list or phone book have been edited directly
on the mobile phone. Perform data reconciliation by
taking the phone out of the holder and reinserting it.
This will update the data of the hands-free unit and
the phone.
