Connection for the power supply (rear side)
This is the connection that provides power to the VDO SmartTerminal.
IMPORTANT
The download terminal is exclusively powered by the power line with mains
adapter.
Supplying power via the USB cable is not possible.

You connect the VDO SmartTerminal with a computer via one of these connec-
tions using the USB cable provided. See also

Internal memory
The VDO SmartTerminal is equipped with an internal flash memory. Of the
memory capacity of 32 GB, approx. 1 GB is required for configuration and sys-
tem data. The remaining 31 GB are available for storing download files. This
ensures continuous storage of all data.
