K1 Bits 5-8 (Linear Mode)
This function edits the last four bits of the K1 byte. When APS commands are
configured for Linear mode, these bits indicate the channel number. For example, Code
0 is the Null Channel, Codes 1-14 are the working channels, and Code 15 is an extra
traffic channel.
