Errored Seconds
. Reports the duration of the incoming BIT errors in
seconds and the percentage of errored seconds compared to the duration of
error free seconds.

. Reports the duration of the incoming BIT error free
seconds and the percentage of error free seconds compared to the duration of
errored seconds.

SES

Severely Errored Seconds
. Reports the duration of Severely Errored
Seconds (SES), rate percentage, and objective percentage on the incoming SDH
signal. An SES is reported when the number of BIT errors per second equals or
exceeds
2,400 errors per second
for HP mappings or
600 errors per second
for LP mappings, or when an LOS alarm, OOF alarm, LOF alarm, MS-AIS alarm,
AU-LOP alarm, AU-AIS alarm, HP-UNEQ alarm, TU-AIS alarm, TU-LOP alarm,
or TU-LOM alarm is present.

UAS

Unavailable Seconds
. Reports the number of seconds that the Payload
was considered unavailable. The Payload is considered unavailable when at
least 10 consecutive Severely Errored Seconds
occur.

EB - Errored Block count.
Reports an error count of incoming BIT errors.

Background Block Errors.
Reports the number of the incoming BIT

by count, rate percentage, and objective percentage.

per seconds, the percentage of errored seconds compared to the duration of
