Protocol Tabs

When a print option is chosen from the Remote Client, the
report is sent to the

Current Printer

as configured on the

System tab's

User Preference

screen. If the Current Printer

is configured for

Prompt Each Time

, then a Windows Print

dialog box appears for you to choose between your PC's
default printer or another printer listed in the drop-down
menu.

Record Options

When a Record option is chosen, the results are saved to a
file with one of the following extensions:

•

.stat

- Results Report. A statistics report of the

received Errors, Alarms, Pointer Analysis, and Signal
Status functions.

•

.evt

- Event Report. A detailed summary of received

Errors, Alarms and Pointer event activities.

The file naming convention is:

XX S#-P#-hhmmss.<file

extension>

is the Protocol Processor

is the Slot#,

is the Port#,

is Hours,

is Minutes,

is Seconds).

For example, a file named "
