5.0 Connectors and Panels
Connectors
- The unit provides three connectivity ports on the right: 10/100 T port, USB 2.0 Client port, and USB 2.0 Master
port. To access the ports, remove the protective rubber cover on the right side.
The serial number of the unit is provided on the back of the chassis. Please provide this number when contacting VeEX
customer service.
5.1 Test Ports – Electrical and Optical
The TX150 is equipped with the following physical test interfaces:
5.2 Bantam interface
- Balanced, Tx and Rx electrical interfaces for T1 and E1 signals. The port is 120 ohms for E1 signals and 100 ohms for T1
signals.
5.3 BNC interface
- Unbalanced, 75ohm Tx and Rx interfaces for DS3 and E1, E3 and STS-3 for Option.
5.4 SFP Transceiver interface
- Optical Transceivers (Tx/Rx) conforming to Multi Source Agreement (MSA) recommendations are supported. Various SFPs are
available for different wavelengths and dynamic range requirements. Check the ordering options for more details. The standard
optical connector type used on SFP transceivers is LC. Please use appropriate low reflectance patchcords (Ultra Physical Contact
