Read this Manual Before Using Hand Control
This manual contains important procedures and required safety information for operating a vehicle
equipped with the Veigel Compact II Hand Control.
You must read and understand this entire manual before driving any vehicle that has a hand control
installed.
You must understand and follow all safety instructions in this manual when operating the vehicle.
Unimpaired drivers who drive the vehicle with out using the hand control must also read this manual to
be able to operate the vehicle safely.
To summarize:
• Read these instructions before driving any vehicle with a hand control
• Follow all instructions
• Heed all warnings and cautions
• Keep these instructions in the vehicle so they may be read by any vehicle operator
before use
Must be Installed with Vehicles with Automatic Transmission Only
The Veigel Compact II Hand Control is designed and indented
only
for use with automatic transmission
equipped vehicles.
Must be Professionally Installed
The Veigel Compact II Hand Control must be installed by a professionally trained technician only.
Service and adjustments must be made by trained maintenance personnel.
Please keep this manual, and the Installation manual that come with the hand control, in your vehicle. Make
both manuals available for use by service personnel when ever adjustments or repairs are made to the hand
control.
