H6703-ED2-21
The circuit may be installed in a plastic housing. However, make
sure that the antenna is on the outside of the housing.
When the circuit will be installed in the car, it may be installed
underneath the dash board, preferably in a position with few metal
objects. It is possible that, once the circuit has been installed in the
car, it needs retuning. This is explained by the influence of the
metal around the circuit. Due to the shielding nature of the car, the
transmitter/receiver range will be halved, which is still more than
enough for most applications.
FURTHER CONNECTIONS
When using the relay outputs, you can choose between a normally
closed contact (NC) and a normally open contact (NO). The
common lead is connected to COM.
When the circuit is to be connected to our car alarm K3504 the
points DIS of both circuits should be connected to one another. In
this case, the connection dis of the car alarm should not be
connected to the key lock.
When the remote control is used for the car alarm, the TIME TO
GET IN AND OUT OF THE CAR may be set to the minimum
value. The relay may be used at will, e.g. to operate a central door
lock.
As an indicator, LED LD1 may be mounted in the dash board
using the supplied LED holder.
