6. Operating Instructions
Put the power switch in the ON position. Adjust the music sensitivity if necessary. With the selector in audio, the
chaser will change patterns automatically. Adjust the chaser speed with the rotary knob when the AUDIO/SPEED
selector is in the SPEED mode (0 & 2).
Manual Programme Selection: select the desired programme using the programme selection switches 1, 2, 4 and 8.
Example : install PATTERN 1 from left to right : put the chaser direction selector (6 in fig. on p. 2)) in position "1" and
the 4 programme selectors in position "0".
Automatic Programme Selection: e.g. Programme 3 will run continuously if you put programme selector 2 in position
"1" and the selector for the chase direction in the “AUTO” position.
Put the 4 programme selectors in the “AUTO” position to have the 16 programmes run automatically.
Automatic Selection of Direction: Switch 6 is in the AUTO position.
Visual Indicators: Each channel has an output LED indicating the current status of the channel. This also goes for the
SPEED and AUDIO adjustments.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. All screws should be tightened and free of corrosion.
2. The housing, mounting supports and connections should not be modified or tampered with e.g. do not drill extra
holes in mounting supports, do not change the location of the connections, …
3. The electric power supply cables should be undamaged. Have this device installed by a qualified technician.
8. Caution
•
Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance.
•
Use a moist cloth to clean the device and avoid the use of alcohol or solvents for cleaning purposes.
•
Replace a blown fuse by a new one with the same specifications (order code
FF4N
).
•
Spare parts should be ordered with your local dealer.
