H4500B-ED1-15
14- Mount the infrared reception diode on the board pins (cf. fig. 1.0).
15- Mount the keyboard connector on the SOLDER SIDE of the print. See that
all bolts are all pointed down (cf. fig. 1.1).
16- Push the ICs into their supports. See that the tick mark corresponds to the
mark on the print.
B) Assembly of the components on the base print P4500B
1- Jumpers. Don't forget the JSTP jumper!
2- Coil (resembles a resistor but packed separately).
3- 1/4 W resistors.
4- 1/2 W resistors.
5- 1 W resistors.
6- Diodes. Be careful of the polarity!
7- Zener diodes. Be careful of the polarity!
8- IC supports.
9- Small signal transistors.
10- Regulation potentiometers. RV1 is a large vertical regulating potentiometer
in which it is necessary to mount a small spindle pointed towards the edge
of the plate.
11- Print pins.
12- 10.7 MHz filters. The filter may mounted in any position.
13- Condensors.
14- Voltage regulators. Mount the VR1 together with the heatsink. Begin by
connecting the heatsink using the small M3 screw and bolt, then solder the
connections together.
15- Crystal.
16- Relays.
17- Tuning and filter circuits (they only fit in one position, so you can't go
wrong).
VERY IMPORTANT: the double filters are already tuned: NEVER CHANGE the
filter tuning!
18- LEDs. Watch the polarity! (shortest polarity = the cathode).
19- screw connector in.
20- Fuse holder.
21- Cinch connectors. (Use the correct perforations corresponding to the type
delivered).
22- Electrolytic condensors.
23- FM FRONTEND. Don't forget to solder the earth connections on the
housing!
24- Push the ICs into their support. Watch the position of the tick mark!
