This symbol on the device or the package indicates that disposal of the device after its lifecycle

returned to your distributor or to a local recycling service. Respect the local environmental

Safety Instructions
Read and understand this manual and all safety signs before using this appliance.
•
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Before lifting, carefully inspect the hooks, the load chain, the brake device, and the lubrication
of the block. For your own safety, strictly respect the following rules:
•
Never lift a load exceeding the rated capacity of the chain block.
•
Never stand or pass directly under the lifted load.
•
Do not pull up the load too high or let go too far.
•
Do not use the device when the chain is kinked.
•
Never drag the load so as not to strain the block. Place the load vertically under the block
and lift.
•
If the chain fails to move, do not pull the chain violently or increase the pulling force.
Instead, stop the operation immediately and check the chain block:
o
Check if an object is blocking the chain.
o
Have the parts checked.
o
Make sure the load does not exceed the capacity of the device.
•
Operate the device using manpower only.
•
Make sure the chain block, the transmitting parts, and the load chain are in good working
order. Check the lubrication of the transmitting parts.
