2. Safety Instructions
•
The
TRC7
is not just a toy: its motor air gun is very powerful and has a shooting range of 20 to 30m. Be very
cautious when and where you shoot because the 6mm plastic BB bullets CAN cause damage and injuries.
•
Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer
will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
•
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user modifications to the
device is not covered by the warranty.
•
Keep the device and especially small parts (e.g. bullets) away from children.
•
Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when installing or operating the device. Do not drop it.
•
Protect the device from dust and moisture.
•
Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it. Do not allow operation by unqualified
people. Any damage that may occur will most probably be due to unprofessional use of the device.
•
Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
•
Always wear goggles when operating the
TRC7
to keep rebounding bullets from hitting your eyes. Also, never
look into the gun barrel without goggles.
•
Do not shoot at people or animals as it may cause you to be charged for bodily injury.
•
Do not use the
TRC7
on roads or cycle tracks to avoid accidents.
•
Make sure that antenna ends can never make contact with peoples' or animals' eyes. If an antenna breaks, have
it replaced as a broken antenna can cause serious injury.
•
Do not put your fingers in between the wheels or the caterpillar to avoid injury.
•
Do not use the
TRC7
on uneven surfaces (e.g. sand) or highly resistant surfaces (e.g. on the lawn).
•
Do not put other projectiles than smooth 6mm plastic BB bullets in the tank.

The
TRC7
tank operates on a 7.2V battery pack (included). The battery compartment is located on the bottom side of
the tank, as are the main on/off switch and the channel selection switch (see figure to the left).
