Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, check whether you are able to correct the problem
yourself based on the tips below. If this is not possible, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Check the following:
• Battery mode: Are the batteries inserted wrong or empty? Try using new batteries.
• Mains power mode:

Is the mains adapter not inserted in the plug socket correctly or is its cable not
connected to the device correctly?

Is the plug socket defective? Try a different plug socket.

Check the fuse of your mains connection.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner and
take it to a recycling centre.
Batteries should be removed before the device is disposed of and should be
disposed of separately from the device at suitable collection points.
This device is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/ EU on waste elec-
trical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of the device as nor-
mal domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an
officially approved waste disposal company.
