After every spraying operation, the backpack pump must be cleaned in order to avoid nozzle corrosion and clogging due to
the products used. Moreover, cleaning avoids the stagnation of residues which could alter the product features during the
following use.
How to clean the backpack pump:
Empty any residual liquid out of the tank; the discharge cap on the side of the tank
can be used for this operation. Shake the backpack pump after filling it for 1/3 with water and pour its content. Repeat the
operation if necessary. Fill the pump again with clean water for at least 1/3 of the tank and operate it by spraying a large
volume of water out of the nozzle to ensure proper washing of all channels.
Improper cleaning leaving any residue could block the pump or clog the nozzles.
The outer part of the pump can be cleaned by using water and sponge.
Keep the backpack pump out of the reach of children and in a covered and dry place.
Keep the pump in vertical position and do not expose to direct sunlight.
