7.2 Faults and repairs
During the guarantee period it is not allowed to carry out any repairs, changes and/or
adjustments to the V-move, otherwise the guarantee will automatically expire.
V-move will not move:
Cause
Solution
Dead batteries
Charge the batteries
Emergency stop switch pressed.
Pull out the emergency stop switch
Driving direction switch defective.
Replace the switch.
Thermal cut-out of an electric motor.
The V-move has thermal protection devices to protect
it against overload.
Look for the cause of the overload. If, after checking
and resetting, the protection is again triggered, notify
Verhagen Leiden BV.
V-move only works occasionally:

Loose wiring
Check wiring
Relay does not "turn on" properly due to
dirt or defect.
Clean or replace.
The speed cannot be controlled, or not very well, or it drives at high speed straight away:

Speed controller defective.
Have it renewed by Verhagen Leiden BV.
Relay defective
Have it renewed by Verhagen Leiden BV.
In the event of malfunctions of which the cause is not immediately clear, we recommend that you
contact Verhagen Leiden BV by telephone.
7.3 Spare and wearing parts
When ordering (spare) parts from Verhagen Leiden BV, the following must be specified: order number,
description, drawing number, position number, Amperage (if applicable) and the number of items
required.
Only original Verhagen Leiden BV parts and accessories may be used on the V-move.
