Overload protection, mechanical switch

Disassembly
Note: The plate springs must be assembled the right way round and in proper order.

Lower the hook onto a stable working-platform. Pull some
extra rope down from the drum, so that the hook-block is
free. Switch of the power supply to the hoist.
Remove the rope anchorage. Remove the screw (6) and
washer in order to remove the sleeves (7).

Loosen the adjustment screw (5). Remove the screws in
order to remove the limit switch (4).
Remove the screw in order to remove the plate springs (3) if
the plate springs are to be replaced.
