Disassembly

Lower the hook onto a stable working-platform. Pull some
extra rope down from the drum, so that the hook-block is
free. Switch of the power supply to the hoist.
Remove the rope anchorage. Remove the screw (6) and the
washer in order to remove the sleeves (7).

Remove the screws in order to remove the limit switch (4).
Remove the screw in order to remove the load sensor (3) if
the load sensor must be replaced.
Reassembly

Assemble the load sensor (3) and secure in place with
screws. Ensure that the ball glued to the sensor must point
upwards.
Install the limit switch (4) on the overload protection frame
using screws.

Secure the overload device into place with washer and
screws (6).
Install the machinery covers. Switch ON the power supply to
the hoist.
