7.1.4.7 Rope pressure roller for hoist frame size VT4, VT5

Disassembly

Lower hook to the floor and switch OFF the power supply to
the hoist. Remove the machinery covers.
Loosen the screw (6). Remove the screw (7) and tilt the upper
pressure roller (1). Remove the pressure roller assembly from
the intermediate shaft (2) and then remove the screw (6).

Remove the screws (8) to remove the limit switch (5).
Remove the screw and washer to remove the spring (3).
Remove the screws (10) and washers to remove the lower
pressure roller assembly and the shaft (11).
