FINAL INSTALLATION
GLASS FRAME REMOVAL
NOTE:
You must
fi
rst remove the safety barrier before you
remove the glass frame. To remove the barrier, simply lift up
and pull out until the tabs are clear of their corresponding
slots on the
fi
rebox. Then proceed to remove the glass
frame by following the steps below.
1. Remove access panel by lifting up and out.
2. Release three (3) clamps on bottom of
fi
replace.

3. Tilt glass frame out and lift glass frame up until it clears
hook on top of
fi
replace.
4. Set glass frame aside.

CAUTION
Each clamp has a quick spring force. When
reinstalling clamps, keep
fi
ngers clear.
BRICK INSTALLATION
1. Install the rear brick panel by sliding it over the bracket
fastened to the rear of the
fi
rebox.
2. Remove the existing screws fastened to the sides of
the
fi
rebox toward the tops.
3. Slide the right panel into place and secure the panel
using one of the brackets provided with the kit and one
of the screws removed earlier.
4. Repeat step 2 for the left panel.
Clamps
EYEBROW/CANOPY INSTALLATION
1. Remove glass frame.
2. Hold eyebrow/canopy with groove facing up and tabs
for screws facing down.

3. Install by placing eyebrow under bottom lip of facing.
Hook bottom lip of facing into groove of eyebrow. Pull
eyebrow forward until it stops.

4. Insert screws into tabs on bottom of eyebrow and into
holes in sides of facing.

A mesh glass cover is available for this
fi
replace.
This cover is recommended to reduce the severity of burns
in case of accidental contact. Refer to the Accessories list
on Page 57.
