loss of profits, revenue, data, enjoyment or use of the product or any associated products direct incidental or
consequential loss or damage, even if such loss or damage relates to:
1.
Impaired functioning or non-functioning of the product or associated products, for defects or
unavailability during the period it is in Oktabit SA or a reseller, which caused unavailability of the product,
loss of user time or stop of the working process.
2.
Providing inaccurate information required by the product or connected products.
3.
Damage or loss of software programs or removable data storage media or
4.
Infections from viruses or other causes.
The above applies to loss and damages, subject to any general principles of law, including negligence, or other
tort, breach of contract, express or implied warranty and strict liability (even with respect to matters for which
Oktabit SA has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
To the extent that applicable law prohibits or limits these liability exclusions, Oktabit SA excludes or limits its
liability only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and reserves its legal rights. In no event shall
the responsibility of Oktabit SA under this guarantee, exceed the price paid for the product.
The consumer has the rights resulting under this warranty against Oktabit SA, under the terms contained
therein.
