Problem in Operation
1. If the meter does not display a message after inserting
a test strip:

a.Insufficient blood sample. Repeat the test with a new test strip
and a larger sample.

automatic shutoff (three
minutes after last user
action).

PROBABLE CAUSE
WHAT TO DO
a.Battery exhausted.
Replace the Battery.
Check that the battery is correctly
installed with the positive “+” side up.
Insert the test strip correctly with the
contact bars end first and facing up.

b.Battery incorrectly
installed or absent.

down or incompletely.
d.Defective meter.
