Basic Telephone Features

Forwarding a Call

1.

Press 

TALK

 and dial feature code [640].

2.

Dial the desired Call Forward code: [6] = All Calls  [7] = No Answer  [8] = Busy
[9] = Busy/No Answer  [*] = Off-Net

3.

Dial the station number where calls are to be forwarded or the desired speed bin.
A confirmation tone will sound.

4.

Press 

TALK

.

Making a Page Announcement

If given the ability to make page announcements:

1.

Press 

TALK

 and dial a three-digit paging code,

-or-

Press the 

preprogrammed

 PAGING flexible button.

2.

Speak in a normal tone of voice to deliver your message.

Placing a Call

The 

DECT Cordless Telephone

 selects the last line used. If one line is busy, the telephone 

automatically selects an available line.

To place a call:

Press 

TALK

 and dial 

[9]

 for an outside line.

Placing a Call on Hold

Press the 

HOLD

 button.

Retrieving a Call on Hold

Press the flashing Line or Loop key.

NOTE -- When using the cordless handset … you can send 
an Internal or External Page but  you will be unable to 
receive a page.
