Modify the [Name] and/or [Phone Number]. The [Name] and [Phone Number] can be up
to 40 characters, respectively. Five special characters cannot be entered for the [Name].
These characters are the left and right brackets (parens), the left and right braces, and the
semicolon. For the [Phone Number], only [Disabled Characters] can be input (refer to the
description below for detailed explanation about [Disabled Characters]).

A modified phone number is shown in the [Phone Number Dialog] if the [OK] button is
clicked. Click the [Cancel] button to cancel the input.

If you want to save the modified phone number into a [PhoneNo.txt] file for future use,
click the [Save] button in the [Phone Number Dialog] window. If you close the [Phone
Number Dialog] window without clicking the [Save] button, the modification will be
lost.
To delete an existing phone number:
1.
In the [Phone Number List Box], select a phone number item to be deleted by clicking the
[Name] of the item.
2.
After a selection is made, click the [Delete] button. => a [Delete Confirmation Message
Box] appears.

A deleted phone number is eliminated from the [Phone Number Dialog] if the [OK]
button is clicked. Click the [Cancel] button to cancel the deletion.

If you want to remove the deleted phone number from the [PhoneNo.txt] file, click the
[Save] button in the [Phone Number Dialog]. If you close the [Phone Number Dialog]
window without clicking the [Save] button, the deletion will not be made in the file.
To store the contents of the [Phone Number List Box] into a file:
1.
Click the [Save] button in the [Phone Number Dialog].

A message box indicating success or failure of [Save] operation shows up.

The contents of the [Phone Number List Box] are saved in a [PhoneNo.txt] file that is
located in the directory where this program is installed. You must not edit this file, and if
you delete this file by mistake, all the data in the file will be lost.

For the stable use of the [Phone Number Dialog], it is recommended to keep less than
1000 phone numbers. However, this program does not check and limit the number of
phone numbers.
