3 Mechanical Installation
This chapter briefly introduces the mechanical installation of the UPS, including the precautions, initial inspection before
installation, environmental requirement, mechanical requirement, and installation diagram.
3.1 Precautions
This chapter describes the environmental and mechanical requirements and mechanical considerations that must be taken
into account when planning the positioning and cabling of the UPS equipment.
Because each site has its particular characteristics, this chapter does not provide the detailed installation steps, it only acts
as a guide for the general procedures and practices that should be observed by the installing engineer, so that they can
properly handle the specific situation of the site.
