USE
Unwind the power cord fully before the use. In the process of
operation, the housing becomes hot, open the appliance only
by the handle. It is recommended to use mittens.
Periodically check the electric cord for any damage. The cord
should not touch the hot appliance.
This unit is universal, as it combines 3 devices in one, thanks to
changeable plates of different shapes.
Each model has its own set of plates.
Plates Replacement
There should be always 2 plates in
the appliance when use.
1. Change the plates only when the
appliance is completely cool!
2. To change plates, you need to click
on the locks, see the picture 1.
3. Inserted the plates in their
corresponding slots and push down
until click, see picture 2.
During use, it is recommended to
use protective gloves. While the use
there is a condensate and oil on
the appliance and the baking plates.
Clean the appliance and plates with
the paper towel or clean wet cloth.
Be careful when cleaning!
Open the lid. Lubricate the plates with some
vegetable
oil.
Insert the mains cord to mains plug. The red and green
indicators will be on. Wait for appliance to warm up. Upon
reaching the desired baking temperature, the green light goes
off. Open the lid latch and lift the lid up to the stop and place
the pastry on the lower plate. Observe safety precautions in
order to avoid burns. Close the lid and secure with lid latch.
In the process of operation, green heating indicator alternately
turns on and off. The thermostat controls the heating to maintain
the optimum temperature.
Open the lid and take the food out using a plastic or wooden
spoon. Do not use metal Cutlery (knives, forks, etc.), as to avoid
damaging of non-stick coating of the plates.
Note: Time and cooking ways specified in the instruction are
estimated. Experiment with the time and methods of operation
of the device to get the desired results.
Features
- During operation the temperature of baking plates is very
high, do not touch them with bare hands.
- While cooking the hot steam comes from the appliance.
This is normal, as the liquid evaporates from the food. Do not
place hands over the appliance or near the openings in order
to avoid burns.
- If the food sticks to the upper / lower baking plates, coat
them with some vegetable oil before the next load.
Recipes
All the recipes are advisory.
You can use your own recipes.
The recipes were tested at room temperature 25 C and input
voltage of 220 V. With different figures, baking time and the
result will be different. The result depends on the freshness of
the ingredients. Only use fresh products!
Control the baking process.
Viennese waffles (waffle plates)
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2-3 tbsp. of sugar, 1/2 sachet of vanilla
sugar, 1/2 sachet of baking powder, 30-40 g of soft butter
(82,5 % fat), 4-5 tbsp. flour without slide
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and beat again. Add vanilla
sugar and baking powder and stir. Add the butter and flour and
stir well until smooth mixture. The dough will be liquid.
Warm up the appliance; wait for the green indicator to be off.
Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil. Pour 2-2,5
tbsp. of dough on each form and close the lid. Baking time is
approximately 4-5 minutes. Ready waffles are soft. Take the
ready waffles out and put on the plate for cooling.
Nuts (nutty maker plates)
Ingredients: 200 g of butter (82,5 % fat) or margarine
(softened), 100 g of sugar or 0.5 of glass, 100 ml of sour
cream or 3 tbsp., 2 eggs, pinch of salt, 1 sachet of vanilla
