Fit the rocker cover gasket. The projections on
the timing chain side provide a reference for its
orientation.

Fit the head cover and tighten the five screws at
the prescribed torque. Check the proper position
of the gasket.

Fit the flywheel cover as already described in
the “Flywheel” chapter.

Fit the oil pump drive, the oil pump cover, the
oil blow-by valve and the sump (see
“Lubrication” chapter).

Fit the driving pulley, the drive belt and the
transmission cover (see “Transmission”).
