The packed equipment shall not be stored in the open air for a long time, and shall be
placed in a well ventilated warehouse without corrosive gas. When temporary storage is
needed, rainproof measures shall be taken.
For the sake of safety, this equipment has been inspected by qualified technicians before
transportation. Please pack it carefully. Please check the equipment integrity and
transportation damage immediately after receiving. In case of obvious damage, please do
not accept. The transportation company shall be fully responsible for the damage caused
during the transportation. For the damage on confidentiality, it should be put forward
immediately after discovery, because the compensation for damage can only be claimed
within the validity period.
During transportation, the equipment shall be placed with care and shall not be inverted to
prevent damage to the product shell and interior.
4.2 Installation
The power supply voltage must be consistent with the use voltage of the equipment.
Copper equipotential terminal is set under the rear of the griddle. The copper core wire of
no less than 1.5mm
2
shall be used for connection according to the regulations. After
installation, check whether the wiring is loose, whether the voltage is normal and whether
the grounding is safe. The fixed wiring connected must be equipped with all-pole
disconnection according to the wiring rules, with at least 3mm contact distance. It is also
required to install grounded leakage protection switch or relay with leakage peak value of
10mA. The installation space of the equipment shall be at least 1500mm long, 850mm
wide and 530mm high. After unpacking, the equipment shall be placed on the ground.
5. Working Instructions & Operation Flow
1. Before using, check that whether the power installation is correct. Making sure that
the supply voltage complies with the working voltage of the appliance.
2. Turn on the power switch, the green indicator illuminates, which indicates that the
appliance is energized. Rotate the thermostat clockwise to align the desired
temperature scale value with the dot, at this time, the yellow indicator illuminates, the
heating elements are working. When desired temperature is reached, the thermostat
will cut off the power supply automatically with the yellow indicator off, the heating
elements stop working. Once the temperature drops a bit, the thermostat will connect
the power supply automatically, the yellow indicator illuminates and the heating
elements restart working with the temperature rising. The procedure circulates to
ensure the temperature keep constant within the set range.
