1.
Unscrew all screws (Fig. 12/5 + 9).
2.
Remove both covers (Fig. 12/4 + 8).
3.
Remove the ATEX polycarbonate lens (Fig. 12/3).
4.
Remove the seal (Fig. 12/7) and O-ring (Fig. 12/2).
5.
Unscrew both threaded pins (Fig. 12/6).
6.
Loosen the cable connection of the Front
Cam
.
7.
Pull the Front
Cam
(Fig. 12/1) out towards the front.
8.
Insert the new Front
Cam
(Fig. 12/1) and slide it through.
9.
Establish the cable connection of the Front
Cam
.
10.
Insert the threaded pins (Fig. 12/6) and, in doing so, fix the Front
Cam
in place.
11.
Insert the new side seal (Fig. 12/7) and new O-ring (Fig. 12/2).
12.
Position the ATEX polycarbonate lens (Fig. 12/3) in front of the O-ring.
13.
Insert the front ATEX cover (Fig. 12/4) and tighten screws (Fig. 12/5) with a torque
of 5.9 Nm.
