If you are at the edge of the range of your WiFi network, and no stronger access points are
available, VGo will re-connect to its current access point and then scan again after about 20
seconds. If you see VGo “Searching for Network” more than once within about 30 seconds, you
should assume that you have reached the outside range of the WiFi network and go back 10 or
15 feet to remain in good WiFi operating range.
If you continue to move further out of range, the message “
Your WiFi Signal is Low
” will be
displayed and you should not drive further or you may lose remote control of your VGo.
To turn Roaming Off
From the
Main Menu
, move the highlight using the
blue left and right arrow keys
to
Settings
and touch the center
OK
button.
Highlight
Network Settings
and touch
OK
.
Highlight
WiFi Roaming and Scanning
and touch
OK
.
Highlight
Roaming
. If it says
ON
, then touch
OK
to toggle Roaming to
OFF
.
Launching the VGo PC App
On your PC desktop you will see a shortcut icon that looks like this

Double Click that icon to open your log-in window which looks something like this.
2)
Enter your username and password (these are the same ones you just created for your
account on the VGo website.)
