The VGo will then connect to the network – this may take a minute or two – you will see

when the connection is successful.

If you are setting up the VGo for the first time, the VGo will then display a new
screen that says “
Now we need to authenticate your VGo
”. Leave your VGo at
that screen and go to the section of this document titled:
Step 3 – Creating a
VGo account and downloading the VGo PC App.

Note: If you get an error message, the problem could be with either the VGo’s
connection to the WiFi or the WiFi connection to the internet. Both must be
working for the VGo to be authenticated.
