Fuel
Don’t combust plastics, domestic waste, chemically treated remnants of wood, old paper and magazines, wood chips, brushwood,
waste from plates pressed from bark, or chipboards. In case of their combustion, hydrochloric acid and heavy metals are released,
which are dangerous for environment.
The guarantee of clean and good combustion is using of only dry and naturally stocked wood. Fuel is to be stocked in a dry place.
It is necessary to observe the maximum humidity of wood 20 %. If wood humidity is higher than 20 %, then the output of the stove is
decreased. During combustion of wet wood, water is released and condensed on the walls of the stove and chimney body
themselves, and it causes increased creation of tar and water vapor, which decreases their service life. In some serious cases it even
can cause a fire of the chimney.
Wood lumbered in the winter has to be stocked during the summer in a sufficiently ventilated place and covered so that the canvas doesn’t
reach up to the ground. It would help not to retain humidity in the wood. Stock the fuel wood before usage several days inside in order to enable
evaporation of possible humidity from the surface.

Main principles of operation
The stove mustn’t be overloaded by inadequate quantity of fuel or by using of other than specified type of fuel (see chapter 5.3). Operate the
stove maximally at the level of nominal output, i.e. 7 kW (it corresponds with fuel consumption about 2,3 kg/hour, see chapter 5.3). A
short-time overloading is allowed, but only up to the level of 120% of the nominal output (fuel consumption about 3 kg/hour) and not
longer than max. 90 min.
1.
Combustion of a quantity of wood exceeding the above specified quantity (see table No. 3) and non-observance of the above specified
conditions can bring to a damage of components inside the stove or the entire stove and to canceling of validity of the warranty.
2.
Proceed at kindling according to chapters 5.5 - 5.6.
3.
Correct heating in the stove can be reached by combustion of lower quantity of fuel and more frequented stocking.
4.
Put fuel at stocking as close as possible to the center of the heating chamber (in places where it is a fire grade), where fire has optimal
supply of air.
5.
Put fuel at stocking crisscross with sufficient gaps to ensure the most optimal combustion of the fuel.
6.
Remove ass from the heating chamber and ash-pan before each kindling.
7.
In case of season using and at insufficient draught and atmospheric conditions it is necessary to be very careful during commissioning.
8.
After long-term interruption of operation, it is necessary to carry out a check that the flue gas channel is not impacted.
9.
We recommend before each season to perform maintenance, including cleaning according to chapter No. 6.
5.5
The first kindling
At the first kindling, please remember that during at least 4 hours the stove painting is burned, so it is necessary to ventilate
permanently, and bring out sufficient quantity of fresh air. Provided the stove was stocked before the first kindling in a cold
environment (a car, a storehouse, etc.), temper them in a room to temperature of the given room for the period of about 3 hour from
the reason of condensation of humidity and alignment of surface temperature of separate parts, and not until it perform the first
kindling. Otherwise the glass or the stove lining can be damaged.
1.
Open fully the air supply control in the right direction.
2.
Place a shrugged ball of newspapers or a fire-lighter to the middle of the heating chamber, and put on it crisscross about 1 - 1,5 kg of
finely cut wood.
3.
Set the fire and wait till the fire burn up.
4.
After that, stock 2 - 3 logs to the fire (about 2 kg). After good burning-up of them, decrease supply of combusting air.
Important!
If you use at kindling too little of wood, or if pieces of wood are too big, the optimal operation temperature would not
be achieved. It can cause wrong combustion, strong creation of soot and extinction of the fire after closing the door.
In case that the house has mechanical ventilation and there is a low pressure inside of it, open the window near the stove for several minutes
and wait till the fire is burn up.
5.6
Operation
It is important that the wood begins to burn quickly. To achieve it, open fully the air supply control. Smother caused
by a wet fuel results in wrong burning and low effectivity and high emission of released matters, and can cause
quick ignition of gas and damage of the stove!
For effective control of the heating output it is important to have a strong layer of glowing pieces of carbon in the heating chamber.
1.
Lightly open the door for several seconds to align the pressure in the heating chamber, afterward open the door.
2.
Stock three logs (about 2 - 3 kg). Two from these logs should lie in parallel with the rear part of the heating chamber, and the third one –
diagonally on them. Or put only one log in parallel with the rear part of the heating chamber, and put remained two logs up, approximately
in the right angle to the first one.
3.
Close the door.
4.
Leave the air regulation fully opened for the period of 2 - 3 min., until the logs become black and good burn. If you later want to decrease
speed of burning, decrease quantity of supplied air. Conditions for burning control are dependent on temperature in the heating chamber
and the chimney draught.
5.
As far as the air supply control is opened on 50%, the nominal output can be reached 5 - 6 kW.
6.
If the air supply control is opened on 30 % and big logs don’t burn, the stove output is 3 - 4 kW. Before decreasing the air supply it is
necessary to open fully the air supply control for the period approximately of 4 - 5 minutes, until the wood burns adequately.
