Assembly procedure
The heater user is obliged to entrust only a contractual service with assembly and the guarantee and after –
guarantee fault repairs, otherwise the guarantee does not apply to a proper heater function.
1.
The heater must be positioned on a required standpoint. We recommend to transfer the heater to
the determined standpoint while it is on a pallet and possibly wrapped in a protective wrapping. If for any
reasons this is not possible please transport the stationary heater without the wrapping by using its lower
support. In this support there are prepared two circular openings intended for putting on the „removal
hooks“, by means of which the heater can be lifted and transferred to the desired place.

heating
2.
Connect the heater to the heating and water piping system according to the recommended
connection (Fig. no. 3) or the elaborated project documentation. Water for filling the heater must be
pure, clear, colourless, free of impurities, oil and chemically aggressive substances pursuant to
Č
SN 75 7111. HWS quality is defined by
Č
SN 83 0616. Water from heater is considered to be the
service water. Its hardness must correspond to
Č
SN 07 7401, otherwise it must be softened. Every
independently closable service water heater pursuant to
Č
SN 06 0830, Article 7.2, must be equipped
with a closure on the cold pressure water inlet, a test cock, a check valve or a clack valve, a safety valve
and a pressure gauge. It is allowed to use a combined fitting consisting of a safety and clack valves. The
safety valve must be connected in a way making sure, that he longitudinal axis of the valve is in the
horizontal position. The valve discharge pipe is to be taken out into the effluent conduit. If the pressure in
inlet piping exceeds 630 kPa (6,3 bar) (applicable also to a transitory condition) then a reduction valve
must be installed in front of the safety valve.
If the HWS preferential heating is carried out by means of three way Honeywell V 4044F valve then
during the assembly it is important to observe the direction of connection in accordance with the
indication on this valve.
B - heating water outlet into the heating system
A - heating water outlet into the heater
AB - heating water inlet from the boiler into the three way valve
3. To carry out the electric interconnection between the heater and the boiler in accordance with the wiring
diagram of the used type of boiler.
4. Insulate the hot water distribution (piping) in order to reduce the thermal losses.
5. All materials used for heater manufacture are recyclable. After the heater unpacking the plastic foil, strip,
wooden pallet and cardboard wrapping must be put into the waste disposal containers intended for this
kind of waste.
