operating
• Ensure the food chute is clear and not blocked.
• Ensure that hard seeds have been removed before
juicing and are not stuck in the machine.
• Turn the machine off and switch to reverse for 3
seconds.
• Disassemble the upper section and clear any
remaining pulp.
Squeaking noise when juicing
• The squeaking sound is perfectly normal. Do not run
the juicer without any food.
Leaking from underneath the
bowl
• Be sure the silicone pad is tightly in place after
cleaning.
Strainer Damage
• Refer to the operating instructions for proper usage
and juicing tips. Remember not to overstuff food or
force food into the juicer.
Too much pulp coming out

to avoid fi bers scraping around the Auger. Insert food
at a slower pace and allow all food pulp to eject the
unit before adding more.

detach from the base

Press the reverse button for 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat
the process 2or 3 times. Then, push the bowl upward
while turning.
Food Chute / Lid is stuck
• Press the reverse button for 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat
the process 2 or 3 times. You can then press down on
top of the lid while turning.
Color stain on the bowl,
strainer, spinning brush
• Natural dye from food when juicing is perfectly nor-

after each use. Diluted vinegar or bleach can also be
used.
Water mark or scratch on the
Auger
• Molding marks during the manufacturing process.
These marks and lines on the squeezing screw are
perfectly normal.
