Salvo Switch
Salvos are defined using the Salvo Switch screen. After a salvo is defined to
the system using this screen, it may be activated manually at a keypad or
may be used as a step in a salvo tour. There are 24 salvos available.
You can select the salvo number in the single-column on the left and the
actions and parameters that will define it, by using the 6-column table on the
right. The field columns and their actions are described in the following table.
A description of each field parameter is displayed on the screen when the
field is selected.
Field Description
Step #
Use this field to select the step number from 1 – 8.
The steps are displayed in sequence, with step 1
being performed before step 2, etc.
Monitor #
Use this field to select the monitor number from 1 –
8, that will be used in the salvo. Do not use the
same monitor number more than once per salvo.
Note:
Cameras must be partitioned to monitors.
The monitor number will be rejected if the camera is
not partitioned to it. Set Monitor # to 0 to set the
salvo step to no action.
