6. If the unit is still covered by the warranty, indicate the
unit’s original date of purchase.
7. Attach all the above information to the unit.
8. Pack the unit carefully, using the original shipping carton
or its equivalent for maximum protection.
9. Mark the R.A. number on the outside of the carton, pre-
ferably on the shipping label.
