Rear Panel Controls and Connections 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note 

Rear panels change often but should be similar. 

 

Power Receptacle:

 Used to connect the provided power cable. 

 

Serial Port:

 Used to connect system serial devices. 

 

Display Port/VGA Port:

 Not used. 

 

USB Connectors:

 Used for keyboard, mouse and optional devices (4). 

 

Network Port:

 RJ-45 connectors; use to connect to a LAN/WAN 

(10/100/1000 Base T. Be sure to use the connector marked NIC 1 (NIC 2 

should be plugged). LEDs indicate connectivity and speed. 

 

Monitor (Display):

 Used for digital video output to a monitor, DVI to VGA 

and DMS-59 to dual DVI adaptors supplied.
