Installation and Assembly
Unlocking the Mounting Frame
Two locking tabs (1) hold the thermostat fast on the mounting frame (2).
To remove the thermostat, unlock the left-hand locking tab. To do so,
you need a piece of plastic the size of a business card with a maximum
thickness of 1 mm.
X
Put the card approximately 5 mm into the gap between the display
and the casing.
X
Push the locking tab in with the card and simultaneously pull the
casing forwards.
3.3.7 Optional: Install the Range Extender
DANGER!
120 V voltage, risk of electric shock!
–
De-energize the circuit before connecting the power pack!
Radio amplifiers need a 120 V mains connection. Only one range
extender may be used in a radio link.
The casing is mounted on a mounting frame (in subcomponents) directly
on the wall (120 V mains connection visible). The casing snaps home
into two locking tabs when placed on the mounting frame.
The casing dimensions, assembly steps and the mains connection are
identical with those of the thermostat.
3.3.6 “Install the Thermostat” on page 40
