2.5 System Requirements
2.5.1 Hardware
Manifolds
RABS components must used in conjunction with a Viega 1¼ inch
stainless steel manifold (Model 2804 or Model 2879).
Power Requirements
RABS requires 120V AC (standard wall outlets). Control units come with an
integrated power adapter. The (optional) range extender requires a power
adapter. That power adapter is not included with the range extender.

Two alkaline AA batteries are required for each thermostat.
Thermostats can also be operated using a power adapter.
Test the wireless signal strength on thermostats and range
extenders before installing the control unit, thermostat(s) or
range extender(s).
LAN Connection
The WLAN module can connect to an end device or router via an RJ45
cable. An RJ45 cable is not included with the WLAN module.
