Log-In Process

Room thermostat: Remove the batteries. Keep the buttons “+” and
“-” pressed simultaneously while re-inserting the batteries.

Two red dots “. .” flash.

Release the buttons.

Two dashes “- -” light up briefly.

Control unit: Press the “connect” button.
Z
The “connect” LED flashes.

Control unit: Press the “ok” button.

The “connect” LED emits light.

Room thermostat: Press the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously.

Powerhead modules: All LEDs flash green.

Powerhead modules: Press the buttons at the circuit hubs you wish
to assign to the thermostat.

The LEDs of the selected circuit hubs emit green light.

Control unit: Press the “ok” button.

The LED “connect” goes out — the thermostat is connected to the control
unit via radio — the heating circuits are assigned to the thermostat.
4.3.5 Checking the Radio Connection
The thermostat communicates with the control unit on 916 MHz frequency.
Before mounting the thermostat to the wall, check whether a radio
connection can be established from your planned installation site. If the
signal strength is insufficient, the installation site must be moved closer to the
control unit or a range extender must be installed between the two devices.

4.3.6 Logging Off the Thermostat
A thermostat must be logged off from its assigned control unit before it can
be logged in to another control unit. Once the thermostat has logged off,
the heating circuits previously assigned to it will either return to the previous
power level setting or power level 5 (factory setting).
The following conditions must be met before a thermostat can be
logged off from its assigned control unit:
The thermostat is in battery operation.

The thermostat must be approximately 3.3 feet from the control unit.
Proceed as follows to log a thermostat off:
