The normal temperature view also reappears if you do not touch any button for five (5)
seconds.
4.6. Automatic defrosting
The cabinet is equipped with an automatic defrosting device. The NRC-100 unit controls the
operation periods and the defrosting process. Defrosting is performed three (3) times a day
(electric defrosting). Drain water from defrosting is automatically led to a hot gas evaporation tray
or to an electrically heated evaporation sump depending on the cabinet model. The temperature
inside the cabinet rises by a few degrees during defrosting.
