Calculating the transferable heating output (examples)
The sub-mounting kit is equipped with an integral balancing valve.
This allows the flow rate via the plate heat exchanger to the regula-
ted heating circuit to be restricted as required.
The max. heating output that can be transferred via the plate heat
exchanger of the sub-mounting kit is 14 kW. To achieve balanced
flow rates between the regulated heating circuit (sub-mounting kit)
and the unregulated heating circuit (radiator heating circuit), the
pressure drop in the sub-mounting kit must be increased. The inte-
gral balancing valve is used for this purpose.
