Joining the Connection Housings
Note:
See page 9 for numbered parts
description.
1.
Insert the interconnection pipes
into the supply and return
connections of the connection
housing
already mounted.
Ensure that the interconnection pipe is
centered between the collectors.
2.
Carefully push the second connection
housing up against the first and
insert the connection pipes into the
collector connections of the second
connection housing.
3.
Align and secure the connection
housing.
4.
Click the retaining clips
into
position to hold the two housings
together.
Refer to the Vitosol
Start-up, Service and
Operating Instructions
regarding flushing through
the solar heating system,
checking for leaks and filling
the system.

The connection pipes must not be
damaged or dirty.
All plug-in connections (O-ring seal)
on the collectors may only be
lubricated with the special lubricant
grease supplied in the connection kit.
The connections must not come into
contact with conventional oils,
greases or other lubricants.
