The Vitotrol 300 RF remote control can
also be taken out of its table-top dock or
wall mounting bracket and used to make
adjustments.
"Mobile test location"
appears on the
display.
The room temperature sensor built into
the Vitotrol 300 RF captures the temper-
ature.
While you are holding the
Vitotrol 300 RF in your hands, for exam-
ple, the displayed room temperature
begins to rise (actual room temperature,
see page 12).
However, the Vitotronic control unit oper-
ates on the basis of the room tempera-
ture value that it received before the
Vitotrol 300 RF was removed from its
holder.
If the Vitotrol 300 RF has been out of its
holder for 5 min and has not been used,
an acoustic signal will sound every 30 s.
However, if the remote control is used
during this time, the time counter is
reset.
Once you have
finished using
the
Vitotrol 300 RF, return it to its table-top
dock or wall mounting bracket.
This ensures that the batteries are
always charged.
The Vitotrol 300 RF enables the follow-
ing adjustments to be made from the liv-
ing space:
■ Standard room temperature
■ Reduced room temperature
■ DHW temperature
■ Operating and holiday program
■ Time phases for central heating
■ Time phases for DHW heating
■ Time phases for the DHW circulation
pump (if installed)
■ Date and time
All other settings are transferred from the
Vitotrol 300 RF to the Vitotronic control
unit and vice-versa. The
most recent
adjustments always apply to the relevant
heating circuit.
