The commissioning and matching of the control unit to
local conditions and building characteristics, as well as
instructing the user in the operation of the system,
must be carried out by your contractor.
As the user of new combustion equipment, you may be
obliged to notify your local flue gas inspector of the
installation [check local regulations]. Your local flue gas
inspector [where applicable] will also provide you with
information on additional activities concerning your
combustion equipment (such as regular testing, clean-
ing, etc.).
Serial number of internal electricity meter
You will find the serial number of the internal electricity
meter on a label behind the upper front panel. See
page 22.
This information is required when registering the Vito-
valor PT2 with your grid operator.
Your system is preset
Your micro CHP system is preset at the factory and is
therefore ready for operation:
Central heating

You can change the settings at any time to suit your
individual requirements.
Power failure
All settings are saved if there is a power failure.
Power generation
Power generation takes place according to the specifi-
cations provided by the integral energy manager. The
fuel cell start times are matched to the power con-
sumption conditions.
