Connections
Explanation of VFD display
1. Stereo Output: Analogue stereo output. For connection to stereo amplifier or receiver with analogue input.
2. AC input: For connection of mains voltage. Make sure that the plug has been correctly inserted, and that the
voltage corresponds to the text printed on the back panel of the cabinet.
This unit does not feature any OSD (On Screen Display). Instead it features a more descriptive VFD display
that displays all the information required. Below you can see a picture of the display and an explanation of
the various symbols.
FRONT PANEL AND CONNECTIONS
Front panel
1. Mains switch: Used to turn ON/OFF the power.
2. LED: If press POWER button on remote control, it makes the tuner into Standby mode, and blue LED lights; you
need to press POWER button again to power on.
3. TUNING: For manual tuning, right tuning for high frequency, left tuning for lower frequency;
4. FM/AM: To switch FM or AM mode;
5. AUTOTUNE: Press it for scanning the exiting radio stations.
6. MEMORY: To save the tuned radio stations (together with number buttons on remote and PRESET buttons on
front panel).
7. PRESET- : To choose the previous stored station; and to save the tuned station as a new preset number;
8. PRESET- : To choose the next stored station; and to save the tuned station as a new preset number;.
9 ST/MONO: To switch the tuned FM station in stereo or mono mode;
10. RESET: Press it to clear all the stored stations.
