On the Output tab, Select
TS
as the Container Type.

Click on the Video tab. Two additional fields display:
Video Bitrate
and
Mux Bitrate
.

Select either:
Video Bitrate and enter how much bandwidth to use for the video in the Bitrate field.
Mux Bitrate and enter the total bitrate the stream will consume (video and audio) in the
Bitrate field on the Audio tab.

Click on the Audio tab.
