PEPPER
Remove the stems, seeds and white pulpy parts
from the peppers. Wash, dry and cut into 8 mm
thick strips or rings.

Wash the plums, cut in half and remove

4-6 minutes. Cut into 3mm circles or grate them.

PUMPKIN
Cut pumpking to halves or quarters, remove the
seeds and bake or cook in the steam. Then peel
the skin and blend the pulp in the blender. Pour
the mixture to the drying towel or the baking
paper.

Properly dried pumpkin is solid.
RHUBARB
Rinse the rhubarb and cut into approximately
2.5 cm long pieces.
Drying time: 6-10 hours
Drying temperature: 57 ˚C
