for proper assembly parts before the test, read the appropriate parts of the manual.
1. Press the opening lever and then lift the arm of the machine.
2. Put the bowl and its cover into the base and fasten it according to the arrows.
3. Press the opening lever, then push down the top cover and fold down the arm.
Make sure the arm is attached to the base, then rotate the lever opening and fasten arm securely.
4. Plug the power cord into socket, and then turn rotary switch to the position P.
Then try for a few seconds, gradually all speeds.
5. After the test, set the unit to speed 0.
6. Press the opening lever and lift the arm. Then disconnect the blender blade from the blade connection.
7. Remove the back cover from the top of the device body.
8. Pour a glass of water into the blender container, connect the unit to the blender jar and
repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
9. Remove the blender container and attach the back cover of the device.
10. Now the device is ready for normal use.
Suitable attachMeNtS foR the food

1. The ideal ratio of water to flour is 3: 5.
2. When mixing it is recommended to mix first 20 seconds at speed 1 and after that another
20 seconds at speed 2.
3. The maximum quantity of flour for mixing is 1.5 kg.
4. Use the kneading hook (10) only for up to 30 seconds at speeds 1 and 2.
At a speed of 3 you can use itfor up to four minutes.
5. Whisk only up to 24 eggs at a time.
6. Do not fill the mixing container with the liquid above a maximum of 1.5 liters.
NoteS
• Normal operation - do not operate for more than 4 minutes. Then let appliance to cool for
5 minutes.
• Pulses - (whipping, kneading in short time intervals). Set the switch to P and hold it for the required
time in this position, or switch between positions P and 0.
• You can always use bowl lid, even if it is not necessary, to prevent possible staining of device with
liquid batter. In this lid there is a hole for adding of ingredients during operation of the device.
