• The total loading capacity of the Tool Trolley amounts to 314 kg (including unloaded
weight). Even short term overloading substantially limits the Tool Trolley’s mobility. Durable
overloading may damage the ball-bearing castors and/or the Tool Trolley.
• To avoid durable damage to the swivel castors take care not to pull the Tool Trolley – in par-
ticular an overloaded Tool Trolley – over high borders.
• Do not use the Tool Trolley as working platform or stepladder!

6. Dangers emanating from the Tool Trolley
• Before each use, check the Tool Trolley for full functional efficiency. Do not use the Tool
Trolley if its functional efficiency cannot be ensured or if damage is detected. If the Tool
Trolley is used, although it is not in full working order, you risk severe injuries to persons and
damage to property.
• Full functional efficiency is given when: - the Tool Trolley smooth-running,
- the Tool Trolley does not present any damage.
• If the Tool Trolley is parked, the brake of the swivel castor must always be blocked. This applies
particularly on uneven or oblique subsoil. There is a risk of injury if these precautions are not
observed!
• The drawers must
always be locked
if the Tool Trolley is moved – even for just short ways!
Unintentional opening of the drawers may cause the Tool Trolley to tip over and may cause
injury to persons or damage to property standing nearby.
• If the Tool Trolley is locked with the key, the key must be taken off, in order to ensure safe
locking and to exclude any damage or danger of injury.
• The Tool Trolley should always be
pushed
in order to avoid injury to persons!
• Never lift the Tool Trolley at the handle!
• Wear safety boots!
• Any service or repair work must be carried out by qualified personnel only. In order to guar-
antee long term operational safety, only original spare parts must be used.
