Maintenance
At special cleaning products there is a risk that
the hole diameters of the nozzles can change.
This could be chemicals with free plastic
monomers or chemicals with abrasive materials.
Consequently it is recommended to replace the
nozzles at regular intervals if you suspect the
material to be especially aggressive.
When changing to a new chemicals bottle it
is recommended to flush the plant with clear
water, as there may have built deposits inside
couplings and hoses. This is done by placing
the suction hose in clear water and turning on
the water supply. Also the filter at the suction
hose should be checked when changing bottle,
especially when using containers without lids.
The filter may be obstructed by foreign objects,
which reduce the flow-through.
The balls and O-rings at the couplings on the
inlet hose and the MiniSpray should at regular
intervals be greased to maintain the coupling
function. The grease used at the mounting
is worn off by the water flow and should be
renewed.
FOR SAFETY REASONS THE WATER
SHOULD ALWAYS BE TURNED OFF WHEN
THE UNIT IS NOT IN USE
